The Need-to-Know Before You Go

COME RAIN AND/OR SHINE
Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. Check our socials for any changes. 

GATE TIMES
You can usually roll up 60-90 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings.  

PARKING LOTS
Parking lots usually open by 3PM, but check our social media for the latest times a few days before each event. General admission parking comes with your ticket. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking or EZ Out Parking. 

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS
Drop-off areas are welcome at either Gate 1 or Gate 2. Please let the parking staff know that you are dropping someone off and they will direct you.

WHEN YOU GET HERE
You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy, and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQs. 

MOBILE ENTRY ONLY
Before you take off, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app. More info on mobile tickets here.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
All points of sale will be cash-free. In the event you are not carrying a credit or debit card, staff will be available on-site to exchange cash for card, dollar for dollar, without any service fees.

BOX OFFICE
The Box Office is open on show days only, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (or once the headlining artist takes the stage). 

RECYCLING
You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue. 

TAILGATING
REASONABLE tailgating will be permitted from the time the lots open until the time that the gates open. Once the gates open, guests who have been on-site before the gate opening time will be asked to head inside the venue.
