Where The Music's At

The following items are allowed to be brought into the venue:

• CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
• Small clutch bags (6” x 9”) – these do not need to be clear
• Small blankets
• Cameras – nonprofessional only, no detachable lenses
• Food – in a clear, 1-gallon ziploc bag
• Water – up to 1 liter in a factory sealed or empty bottle. 
• Clear and empty reusable bottles (tinted are permitted as long as transparent)
• Signs – up to 8.5 x 11 inches (this is the size of a standard piece of paper). All signs must be appropriate in nature. 

Items NOT ALLOWED to be brought into the venue include, but are not limited to:

• Chairs of any kind
• Bags that do not meet our bag policy (must be CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags no larger than 6”x 9”)
• Umbrellas of any kind
• Weapons of any kind
• Alcohol
• Illegal drugs/substances
• Strollers
• Glass containers
• Cans
• Coolers of any kind
• Laser pointers
• Animals (except service animals)
• Fireworks

Bags must be CLEAR plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags no larger that 6" x 9". The small clutch bags do not need to be clear. All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue, you will be asked to return them to your vehicle.

You’ll need a valid ID for events with age restrictions, and to drink alcohol. Any of these will get you in: A state-issued ID or driver’s license Current US Government or military ID An official passport We take underage drinking seriously, and if you don’t have an ID that proves you’re 21 or older, you won’t be able to buy, drink or carry alcohol in the venue. If you break these rules, you will be removed from the amphitheater. And no, you won’t get a refund.

All events are all ages unless otherwise specified. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket but must sit on a parent's lap. Please note that strollers are not permitted into the venue.

Re-Entry is NOT permitted at Somerset Amphitheater once you've entered the ticket gates. This includes guests who reserve camping spaces. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening, you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.

There is no overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorized vehicles left overnight will be towed at the owners expense.

SUBJECT TO CHANGE - The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 inch, it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras in.

Designated smoking areas are in the plaza and outside the seating areas. While we do not restrict smoking on the lawn, if guests around you are complaining, we will ask you to smoke In common areas away from other guests. We appreciate your cooperation.

If you lose an item while you are at an event- you can visit our Guest Services Office located near the East ticket gates to see if it has been turned in. If you are looking to find a lost item, please call (715) 334-9080 during business hours. 

Somerset Amphitheater does not allow weapons on our property. Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The venue will not secure weapons and will take no responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.
